update
Just a quick update. ....at PT Clint said that in Oct we might get me to run 5-6 times a week. I am glad he is not giving up on the marathon yet because I am not giving up. I run 3 miles tomorrow will see how the shin feels after that. I also have spin class and some upper body weights to do. Last time I did chest I benched 105, I am going to do it again and see if I can do more then 5 reps.
Natasha is feeling better. Still a little stuffy. She cruises furniture like crazy and I think she will learn to walk while I am out of town. That is just my luck.
On the the up side I beat Danny's ass in fantasy football YES!
