Decided to give it a try. I have been practicing with the assist machine. :D

My food is clean just to lazy to type it out.

Well, since I have a Britney ass I have a Britney storey. I was at the gym wondering around doing some weights and could figure out why people were watching me. It took me about 20 min. to relies my thong was hanging out. Opps, now that is pulling a Britney.

Oh wow, a pull up it AWESOME!!!! I have been doing them but I still use 80 lbs of help and I can barely do 12. Way to go!!

yes...way to go on the pullup girl!!! and too funny about the thong..that is totally something that would happen to me...just like when I walked out of the bathroom with toilet paper stuck to my shoe...NIIICE!!! lol
