Cycle 60 endurance ...kicked my ass
off day
Well, this brings me to Tuesday. I never left the house never worked out. I got 2 meals in and then...... I ate everything I was not supposed to. Today was free day all over again. I was going strong with working out and eating super clean and I let it all go. I wish I could post the same good news as Janel. That in 2 1/2 weeks I was still perfect...sigh, I blew it. Hope I did not ruin all my hard work. Today was rest day on the exercise, so at least I did not blow that. Well, there you have it. I can not even think about how many steps backward I may have taken. I did it I screwed up and now the day is ending. At least there is no crap left to eat he he because I already ate it all. Have you ever put pretzels in your ice cream yummy. Tomorrow I am going to do my best, I promise no junk, lots of water. I will be getting out of the house. I will have a kick ass chest triceps shoulder work out. I am done wining promise :)
Danny did his first chest x-ray at clinical today. He is loving school, I'm wicked happy for him. Me and Natasha are going to the hospital tomorrow to meet him for lunch.

Holy shnikeys, woman, 2.45 in 20 minutes??? OK I am not worthy!!! LOL I saw your alleged "before" pictures, geez I'm jealous of how great you look. I know, I know, ya gotta do what makes you feel good about yourself and be strong, but honestly, you are in great shape, Mari!! You are doing great, even if your not perfect its what you do most of the time!
I'm with Janel..if I could look like you're before pic when I'm done, life would be grand!!! lol
2.45 miles is haulin' ass. That is what I used to do when I was at my peak. Now I do about 2.25. I got to get on the right track here soon. Nice work!
Ya I know it was hard but last time I ran 2.6 my goal is 3 miles.
