My 8 week pictures for current challenge. This is 5am Danny got up just to help me. I think I need some oil I have more muscle then you can see.
It is my 1 year anniversary. I had some down time with shin splints and a torn neck muscle, but I have maintained my healthy ways for over a year now. I had to add the one of Natasha Danny showed this to me. Can you believe that was her a year ago. Time just flew by and with Natasha around it seems to move a little faster.

Not being a little person, I wouldn't have thought that someone who wasn't completely overweight to begin with would have such a huge transformation, but you have proven me wrong and I stand corrected. I'm impressed. Congrats!!! Keep up the good work!

Mari, what can I say but WELL DONE.
So many changes :-).
The more sculpted Abdomial shape, the thicker Chest, the striations between the Shoulders and Chest, more tone in the Legs, more fullness in the Back, the shaplier facial appearance.
It all falls into place neatly, and looks fantastic.
Whatever you feel about yourself, whether you are ecstatic, reasonably happy, or feel a touch deflated, about possibly not getting further, the truth is, you've achieved so much, not just visable, but also internally, improving most / all your cardiovscular, and muscular-skeletal systems, which will really serve you well for decades to come.
Sincerely without wishing to sound rude, or upsetting, you yourself may feel you don't possess filmstar sparkle, when you look in the mirror, but you are still beautiful in your own unique way, you have proven you can achieve beautiful results, and you also have it inside where it counts a lot.
I think those people who are "elsewhere", would be very proud of you, if they could see you today, and you should be so proud too.
Some people would look and say, yeah, there's a difference, but they would never truly understand or care much, about that difference like myself and many others who post here do.
You have a right to feel proud of yourself as a person, proud of what you have in life, and proud of your achievments, and this is just the tip of iceberg for you Mari, and you can do anything you want to.
You are definitely a butterfly, who is taking flight :-).
GOOD LUCK, and keep going. You're an inspiring person, and I'm lucky to find people like you, who post amazing things, and give me inspiration to keep going too.

First of all, I’d love to look like your before picture. Secondly, your changes are simply amazing. You tightened up in all the right places and you look HOT, HEALTHY, FIT and BEAUTIFUL! You should feel extremely proud of your accomplishments.
