What a month....
Lots has happened since my last post. I would hope so it sure was a while ago. I was having blogger problems and limited time and well didn't know what to say some days. Winter will do that to you. Anyway...here is the catch up.
House closing is going great. We passed title 5 and our buyer has already been given access to the house to install new cabinets. He has also already put money down for the sale.
I decided to find a second job. I was hired to work at Detroit Riverview hospital on Fridays and Mondays. The shift is 7am to 7pm. I get to train on the latest greatest magnet, Siemens Espree 1.5T High Field Open. My full time job will be getting one before July and I'm glad I will already be trained on it. Very exciting! I start the new job January 2nd.
My mom and sister came for a visit the second week of December. That was lots of fun. Natasha still asks for them everyday. We drove to see my brother. He was relocated to a prison 3 hours away. He was much to far before and hasn't had visitors in a very long time. He will be out next year December at the latest. He is doing awesome. I was wondering what he would be like. Turns out he is an awesome person and now I am looking forward to him getting out. I wish visiting hours were during the week, so I could see him more. While my mom and sister where here I had the cookie swap. I have had it every year since I moved here. When I was in Mass. my family there did it every year. It was a fun time.
Danny is doing good in school. He has 4 tests on Thursday and then clinical. He is off the week of Christmas and if all our closing papers are signed we are taking Natasha to the cabin up-north. After his brake school gets easier with more clinical and less class time. Thank goodness. Danny hasn't been home to Mass. in a while and we didn't want to get 3 plane tickets, so he is going without us. He leaves Friday the 29th and then will be home new years day. That we me and Natasha get him the week he is off. I will miss him on New Years eve but at least I get him all week.
Natasha is doing awesome. She got a cold and it stayed a cold. She had one extra breathing treatment and bounced back without it going respiratory. Thank goodness to that too.
I had my nursing admission test on Monday. It was actually not so bad. I was nervous because I didn't study as much as I would have liked to. My overall average for the entire test was 88.94%. Better then I thought but all that matters is that I do better then the other students. We shall see.

Are we all ready for the holiday? Natasha got a kick out of putting up the tree this year.
