Being sick .....

should never be routine. But, it is for babycakes. She doing a great job drinking her pink meds despite its nasty smell. She is pretty good at the breathing treatments. Once in a while she puts up a fight. We sit on the coach she has to hold it herself and gets her blanket out of her crib. We had one day of what seemed she was better. It lasted less then 24 hours. We have been to the doctor 3x in 3 weeks and she wines when we hit the parking lot. I hope this doesn't go on all winter. She is a lot better today then yesterday, so I'm taking her trick or treaten. I'm doing fine and while we are grounded to the house since she cant go nuts with other kiddos she is mostly in a pleasant mood. I have been otherwise busy with work and house work. I did take her last week to the cider mill to see the ducks and pick out a pumpkin. I'll post later so I can share pictures.

Asthma sucks

I have been wicked busy with little babycakes. She was sick Friday night up every hour. Then I went to work for 16 hours. Danny told me she was sick. Same symptoms as last Febuarey. Sunday I had work off to go into Detroit to watch the Lions. Well, that didn't happen I was home with Natasha. I had to miss work the next day to run her to the doctor. She was bad by then. Sunday we nebulized her at home to save another ER visit. Her prescriptions this time were $53 dollars as opposed to 103 last time, but since she needs another med that goes in the nebulizer with the albuterol I had to buy her a regular generator type. So, no more using Danny's portable. That was covered some and came to $40 dollars. So, she looks better breathing better. Still has purple circles under her eyes and gets a little pasty looking after a breathing treatment. She goes back to the doctor Monday to make sure she is clear. For now she gets 2 oral meds 2x a day a breathing treatment every 4 hours for 3-4 days. Then a breathing treatment every night for the winter. She doing awesome potty training 2 days in row now she stayed dry while we were out and went potty on the public toilet. She has pooped in the potty for 3 days straight now. Sorry T girls are easier.

My step sister sold me a small new hoop for my belly button. It seems good. I had a hard time after having Natasha with the small hole but this starter gauge 18 feels fine. OK have to run and help babycakes. Oh one more funny thing Natasha cries when she sees my belly she thinks it hurts.

I luv skinny girls

Well I finley got to go to the gym and do some cardio. Yes, very boring. Time flies by when your running on the road but jump on a treadmill and 30 minutes feels like 2 hours. You think that is bad get on an elliptical for 15 minutes feels like hours. I really had to distract myself to keep going. I made it one hour on that stupid elliptical. Luckily I was up in front of the TV's and got to see some ER. The other TV was videos. Well if seeing all those skinny girls in there videos dance around doesn't help you kick it up a notch, then I don't know what will. I was happy for there motivation. They were all looking good.

Natasha is doing an awesome job potty training! She loves pumpkins and today she enjoyed seeing snow. Yuck! Sunday I get to go to the Lions football game with Danny and two of his friends. I had to swap a shift at work to go but should be fun, but cold. That's about it for my update just busy with life's daily chores.

:/

My first work out is tomorrow. I am hoping cycle class doesn't hurt me to bad. When I am on me feet all day I feel the tendon pain by early evening. After that the pain takes over the calf. I was told this is the blood from the tendons. So, I will be missing the marathon Oct.29th. I never had it as a set plan anyway since I was hoping to be pregnant by now.

I have been very busy this week with Natasha. We started serious potty training on Monday. Just when I thought it was to soon she caught right on. She did pretty good Tuesday and all day Wednesday we had a few wet pants, but she popped in the potty Wednesday. She tried to today but got scared. Today she did awesome she had no accidents all day. I but her in a diaper since we were out to Danny's school for lunch. We stopped at the store and she asked to go. We had left the house at 11 and at 2 she sat on the big scary grocery store potty and went. The diaper I had on her was still dry. I can not believe how awesome she did.
So that is my scoop I'm off to bed.

Embrace Life

Life is the sound of a frog splashing into a pond. It is a blinding flash of lightning that sparkles in the eyes of an animal. It is the spring mist that silently hides pastel blossoms. Those who dwell in the beauty and mystery of life are never lonely. They, know life is also the aroma of the soft grass we lie on while absorbing the warm rays of a summer day. It is also the taste of blackberries just plucked from a bush. It is all these and a great deal more. For it is a boundless tapestry that we observe, weave, and experience. Life is a feature film, projected one frame at a time, and we are the director, main actor, and audience member.

It is not death that we need to fear, but an inadequate life. Why? Because life is not lost when we die. It is lost while we live. In is lost in opportunities that we allow to slip through our fingers. In each moment of inaction, we die bit by bit. When we waste time, we kill it. When we kill time, we murder life. If life is marching by, shouldn't we be joining in? After all, one-third of our life is spent sleeping and another third in growing up and growing old. How much is left to live? We are Mayflies. Our lives are fleeting; we're here a single day.
